The company operates a full-cycle farm in the Maashorst region of the Netherlands, raising salmon from egg to plate at its facility in Uden. It sells directly to restaurants and consumers, with a small on-site shop open twice a week. The fresh capital arrives as the farm looks to scale a model that challenges the carbon-heavy logistics of imported salmon - though specifics on expansion plans were not disclosed.
