UltraClear is proud to announce a significant funding milestone, having raised €20,000,000 to drive the next phase of our innovative journey in MedTech. Our multidisciplinary team of experts, originally from Magdeburg, Germany, and now based in Krakow, Poland and Stuttgart, Germany, is dedicated to revolutionizing intraoperative image-guided procedures. This critical infusion of capital will accelerate the optimization and finalization of our patented handheld compact scanner, a breakthrough device designed to deliver simultaneous ultrasound and nuclear imaging directly within the operating room. Our solution emerged from a clear need within the clinical landscape, where precise, real-time imaging can significantly enhance surgical outcomes.
The technology behind our scanner has already turned heads at leading industry events, having been showcased at prestigious platforms such as the Siemens Healthineers Innovation Thinks Tank (ITT) Exhibition, the annual conference of the International Society for Medical Innovation and Technology (iSMIT), and the German Society for Computer and Robot-Assisted Surgery (CURAC) meeting. Each presentation has underscored the scanner’s potential to be a game-changer in surgical environments by seamlessly integrating advanced diagnostic capabilities into a compact, easy-to-use device.
With this new round of funding, UltraClear is strategically positioned to bridge the gap between prototype and market-ready solution. We will further refine our technology, conduct essential clinical validations, and prepare a robust commercialization strategy. This pivotal investment not only fuels our commitment to advancing MedTech innovation but also bolsters our mission to improve patient outcomes worldwide through precision, efficiency, and real-time imaging capabilities in the operating room.
