This significant capital infusion will be instrumental in advancing the company’s strategic plans, particularly focused on the development of the Santa Cruz Graphite Project located in the Bahia State of Brazil. The just-completed Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Santa Cruz project has unveiled an Indicated resource of 14,990,400 tonnes at 2.70% with 404,741 tonnes of carbon graphite (Cg), as well as an Inferred resource of 3,572,100 tonnes at 2.90% with 103,591 tonnes of Cg. These promising figures highlight not only the viability of the project but also its potential for expansion, as resources remain open along the strike and at depth. The newly raised funds will primarily be allocated towards exploration and development activities aimed at optimizing current resource estimates and identifying further expansion opportunities.
