Ride Cincinnati Raises $6.5 Million Funding for Cancer Research: A Beacon of Hope for Cincinnati

We are thrilled to announce that Ride Cincinnati has successfully raised an impressive $6,500,000 to support cancer research at the University of Cincinnati's Barrett Cancer Center. This significant funding will directly contribute to life-saving research initiatives that aim to revolutionize cancer treatment, prevention, and survivorship outcomes in Greater Cincinnati. With a primary goal of attaining National Cancer Institute (NCI) designation for a local cancer care center, Ride Cincinnati is committed to transforming the landscape of cancer research and care in the region. Every dollar raised by riders, virtual participants, and dedicated volunteers goes towards supporting clinical trials, novel research projects, and comprehensive studies that will positively impact the health and well-being of individuals in the community. Founded in 2007 in memory of Marlene Harris, Ride Cincinnati has become a beacon of hope, unity, and change, rallying the community to join forces in the fight against cancer.
