Quan, a provider of science-backed employee well-being software operating under the TrueTribe umbrella, has secured $1.1 million in new investment capital. This funding round marks a significant step for the company as it aims to expand its reach in the growing market for corporate well-being solutions. The capital infusion will support Quan's mission to empower organizations, teams, and individuals to leverage well-being for success.
Quan's platform is built on extensive research, compiling conclusions from over 150 scientific and academic papers and insights from more than 300 global experts, including doctors, psychologists, and therapists. This research has identified 50 sub-dimensions of well-being and 250 predictors, providing a comprehensive framework for understanding employee needs. The software offers a three-step process: a comprehensive well-being assessment measuring five dimensions (Mind, Body, Meaning, Social connectedness, and Self-fulfilment), followed by personalized insights for employees and anonymized data for HR and team leads.
The platform then provides tailored interventions, which can be further supported by Quan's network of experts, to help individuals and teams implement positive changes. This approach allows leaders to take measurable action to better support their employees' well-being, moving beyond generic solutions to data-driven strategies. The funding underscores investor confidence in Quan's scientific methodology and its potential to deliver tangible improvements in organizational well-being and productivity.
The newly raised capital is earmarked for accelerating product development, expanding its expert network, and scaling its market presence. Quan plans to use the funds to enhance its software capabilities and reach more organizations seeking to proactively address employee well-being challenges. This investment is expected to fuel Quan's growth initiatives and strengthen its position as a key player in the employee well-being technology sector.
