In an exciting development for the disability support sector, Kurrajong is thrilled to announce a substantial funding round aimed at bolstering our mission to empower individuals with disabilities to lead a life of their choice. While the exact amount raised is yet to be disclosed, this funding will significantly enhance our capacity to provide exceptional services to communities across the expansive Riverina and Murray regions. As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, we are committed to delivering a wide range of supports, including essential everyday assistance, capital support for equipment and home modifications, and capacity building initiatives designed to foster new skills. The infusion of new resources will enable us to improve our existing service brands—Kurrajong First Contact, Kurrajong Lifestyle Choices, Kurrajong Supported Living, Kurrajong Therapy Plus, among others—while also allowing us to expand our outreach to over 670 dedicated staff members and the countless individuals we serve. Our footprint stretches over an area twice the size of Tasmania, covering diverse localities from Balranald to Wagga Wagga and beyond. With this strategic funding, we aim to enhance our operational efficiencies, invest in innovative service delivery models, and ultimately raise the quality of support available to our clients. As we look toward the future, we remain steadfast in our vision of fostering independence and enriching the lives of those with disabilities, ensuring they have access to the opportunities and services they deserve.
