We are excited to announce that Fluxgen has successfully raised 3,600,000 to further its mission of transforming water management and sustainability across Indian industries. In a country where industrial water consumption is soaring and water scarcity is a pressing challenge due to inefficient use and aging infrastructure, this investment comes at a critical time. Fluxgen’s pioneering Water Intelligence SaaS Platform, AquaGen, is engineered to tackle issues such as excessive water wastage—highlighted by statistics showing that city pipelines leak anywhere from 25% to 40% of water—and the heavy reliance on expensive, low-quality tanker water by large buildings and campuses.
AquaGen harnesses the power of IoT, AI, and Distributed Ledger technologies to track, measure, and analyze water consumption data in real time, offering actionable insights that help industries cut costs and enhance sustainability. With its streamlined installation process that takes only a few days, the platform is already making waves at over 60 industrial sites—including food processing plants, metals and mining sites, pharmaceutical factories, and commercial buildings—saving clients up to 30% in water usage. Moreover, the platform provides detailed reporting that aids in meeting stringent statutory requirements, while paving the way for a future where companies can even become water positive.
This new funding will enable Fluxgen to scale the deployment of AquaGen, boost R&D, and pursue innovative solutions that address water wastage head-on. Our near-term goal is ambitious yet vital: saving 1 billion litres of water per day. With this milestone investment, Fluxgen is poised to redefine water management standards, creating ripple effects that extend far beyond cost savings—a true commitment to a more resilient and sustainable future.
