We are excited to announce that Salt 360 Float Studio, located in the heart of Durango, CO, has raised $10,500 in new funding to further expand our unique wellness offerings. At Salt 360, we are committed to providing a truly exceptional floatation therapy experience in an inviting, state-of-the-art environment. Our facility now boasts private float rooms where guests can immerse themselves in a near-weightless environment that is both serene and restorative. During 60 or 90-minute sessions, individuals are cocooned in 12 inches of magnesium-rich Epsom salt water, warmed to their body’s temperature. This distinctive setting, completely devoid of sound or light, allows our guests to slip into an experience reminiscent of deep slumber or meditative tranquility.
The recent funds will enable us to enhance our studio’s ambiance and equipment further, ensuring that each session delivers the utmost in comfort and rejuvenation. We plan to invest in additional soundproofing and lighting innovations designed to eliminate any residual external stimuli, thereby enriching the meditation-like state that our therapy is celebrated for. Moreover, part of the funding will support outreach programs aimed at educating the community about the mental and physical benefits of floatation therapy, including improved recovery, stress reduction, and a deeper sense of mindfulness.
