Dripping Springs Sports Club (DSSC) has secured $20,000,000 in funding from investors, marking a significant step towards the development of its new multi-faceted family sports and wellness destination. This investment will accelerate the creation of a comprehensive facility designed to cater to the fitness, entertainment, and athletic needs of families in the region.
DSSC is envisioned as a one-stop destination offering a diverse range of amenities. The planned 60,000-square-foot fitness and wellness area will feature state-of-the-art workout equipment, extensive group fitness programs, dedicated recovery and wellness spaces, and high-performance training facilities, including an elevated running track with Hill Country views. Complementing this, a 20,000-square-foot family entertainment zone will provide an indoor adventure park, birthday party areas, climate-controlled play spaces for any weather, and childcare services.
The sports complex will boast over 100,000 square feet of dedicated court space, encompassing four high school basketball courts convertible to twelve volleyball courts, six covered pickleball courts, four beach volleyball courts, and an outdoor basketball court alongside a 20,000-square-foot outdoor turf area. Additionally, a premium café will serve nutritious meals with extended hours, catering to members' needs throughout the day and during tournament weekends.
This substantial capital injection is crucial for the construction and operational launch of the ambitious project.
