The Blue Cradle Foundation is thrilled to announce a successful funding round in which we raised $40,000 to amplify our mission of enhancing ocean literacy and promoting marine conservation in Aotearoa New Zealand. As a key player in marine research and education, our organization is dedicated to making ocean science accessible to diverse audiences, from students to policymakers, as we strive to inspire the next generation of marine scientists and ocean conservationists. This funding will directly support our initiatives aimed at fostering interdisciplinary scientific research, collaborating with leading institutions across New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region.
In alignment with the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030), this financial boost will enable us to spearhead innovative projects that address critical challenges facing our oceans.
