BUSUP, the leading corporate mobility service provider in the EU and Latin America, has successfully secured $13 million in a recent funding round, signaling a significant boost for its innovative transportation solutions. As the first company globally to offer a flexible shared transportation model, BUSUP has made waves in the employee mobility sector, proudly servicing over 110 clients including industry giants like Amazon, Siemens, and Santander. The funds raised will be strategically utilized to enhance BUSUP's proprietary algorithms and further elevate the user experience for both passengers and corporate clients. With more than 1,900 daily routes and the ability to transport over 39,800 passengers a day, this capital injection aims to expand its operational footprint in the USA and deepen its impact on sustainable commuting. BUSUP’s commitment to minimizing transportation costs while simultaneously reducing traffic congestion and CO2 emissions has real-world implications; in just 2022 alone, the company helped eliminate 1.8 million cars from circulation, leading to a remarkable reduction of 72,100 tons of CO2 emissions. Moreover, BUSUP recognizes its role in fostering inclusion and diversity, actively working to improve access to employment for underrepresented demographics, including women and young adults. By not only enhancing corporate mobility but also promoting social equity, BUSUP is setting new standards for what sustainable, employee-focused transportation should look like. With this latest funding, the company is poised to further its mission of harmonizing efficient transport solutions with positive environmental and social outcomes.
