Renew Watts Technologies is thrilled to announce the successful raising of 1,000 in our latest funding round—a significant boost that will further drive our mission to empower Nigeria’s underserved and grassroots communities through renewable energy and climate change advocacy. Founded in 2022, our company has always been dedicated to transforming the landscape of renewable energy in Nigeria by promoting awareness, advocating for climate change solutions, and ensuring that clean and affordable energy reaches all corners of the nation. This new funding will primarily be allocated to expanding our renewable energy awareness campaigns, enriching our literary programs and curriculums, and equipping even more young people with the skills needed to design innovative renewable energy solutions.
Over the past few years, we have proudly impacted over 3,500 youths through our extensive training programs and collaborations with various organizations. Our training initiatives, which include sessions on solar energy basics, waste management systems, recycling, and sanitation, have reached diverse groups—including market traders and children with disabilities—to instill essential knowledge in climate science and renewable energy careers. Additionally, our Solar Super-Pack product—a key innovation for energy access and storage—has been pivotal in preparing a competent and resilient workforce aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 4, 7, and 13.
With this latest funding milestone, Renew Watts Technologies is poised to accelerate our efforts, deepen community engagement, and scale our impact even further.
