With a robust presence comprising 66 branches, a paid-up capital of $195 million, and assets totaling $3.898 billion, BOP serves around 780,000 customers through a diverse portfolio that includes retail, corporate, micro and SME, and Diaspora banking operations. The raised capital will be strategically utilized to expand the bank鈥檚 branch network and further enhance its innovative service offerings, allowing it to better meet the needs of its customers and support local businesses. Additionally, the funds will bolster BOP's initiatives in project finance loan syndications, benefiting large-scale infrastructure and community development projects. BOP has long been a leader in Corporate Social Responsibility, dedicating 6% of its net profits to community and human development initiatives, and this funding will further empower its efforts in these crucial areas. As a steadfast agent for Visa and MasterCard in Palestine, with over 6,000 Point of Sale terminals, BOP is poised for sustained growth that aligns with its holistic sustainability strategy, developed in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
