The capital will advance Z Home Ltd.'s mission to streamline property transactions in Thailand, where it aims to solve market illiquidity and eliminate high agent commissions.
The platform distinguishes itself by being exclusively for owners to list properties, bypassing agents entirely. Zmyhome states its approach helps users save months in the buying or selling process, with a vision to become the "Google of Thai Real Estate Market."
