Tink, A Visa Solution, has secured $103.0 million in new funding from investors. This significant capital injection will support the continued growth and development of the market-leading payment services and data enrichment platform, which serves some of the world’s largest financial institutions. Founded in Stockholm in 2012 as a pioneer of open banking, Tink provides a comprehensive suite of payments, banking, and lending solutions. These solutions power various financial processes, including initiating account-to-account payments, streamlining user onboarding, facilitating better risk decisions, and creating engaging money management tools. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Visa, Tink and Visa’s open banking solutions are currently present in 20 markets, boasting 13,000 connections to financial institutions globally.
