Talk All Sport is proud to announce a significant milestone in its journey of innovation and technology in the realm of sports. Recently, the company was awarded the Queensland Government Active Kit Sporting Grant—a testament to its dedication to enhancing the sports experience while addressing critical challenges within the industry. Talk All Sport’s pioneering spirit shines through its two unique product offerings: the Voice Command Device, designed to empower officiators in scoring and game management, and the foldaway, trailer mounted LED scoreboards that elevate the in-game experience for both spectators and sponsors. With these products already successfully trialed in Cricket, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Rugby Union, Rugby League, Netball, Soccer, Karate, and Gridiron, the company has demonstrated its potential to create a marked impact across diverse sporting disciplines.
This generous government funding is a strategic investment aimed at counteracting the increasing decline in volunteer participation—a decline so stark that pre-Covid figures from 2019 showed participation at only half the level recorded in 2014. The Active Kit Sporting Grant will support Talk All Sport’s ongoing research, development, and broader implementation of its innovative systems across sporting events. By providing tools that streamline officiating, ensure accurate game management, and create engaging, dynamic game environments, Talk All Sport is confident that it will play a vital role in revitalizing volunteer involvement in sports. Beyond enhancing spectator and sponsor experiences, the new funding will also aid in drawing a new generation of umpires and referees by simplifying the learning process and enabling more efficient on-field performance. This exciting moment underscores Talk All Sport’s unwavering commitment to modernizing sports, ensuring that every game is an outstanding and accessible experience for all.
