Stathera, Inc., a company aiming to redefine the legacy quartz timing market, has closed a $55.0M Series B funding round. The Montreal-headquartered firm, which develops MEMS technology for the precision, scalability, and integration needs of AI, data centers, and connected devices, secured capital from a syndicate of investors.
The round saw participation from Maverick Silicon, Celesta Capital, BDC Capital, MediaTek Innovation Fund, TXC Corporation, and Ultratech Capital Partners. Stathera's patented DualMode庐 MEMS resonator delivers both kHz and MHz outputs from a single device, designed to reduce board space, BOM cost, and power consumption.
