We are thrilled to announce that Seabex has successfully raised $1,000,000 in funding to further enhance its groundbreaking irrigation decision support platform, Netirrig By Seabex. Developed in collaboration with the Loiret Chamber of Agriculture, our innovative solution serves over 140 varieties of crops, empowering farmers across France with precise, actionable irrigation recommendations. The platform revolutionizes water management by allowing farmers to quickly access their water balance history and receive tailored irrigation advice in just two easy steps—no sensors required. This not only optimizes water usage but also promotes sustainable farming practices.
The recent funding will be pivotal in expanding our offerings and capabilities, as we aim to integrate advanced satellite imagery with 27 vegetation indices into our platform. This addition will provide farmers with even more comprehensive data to inform their irrigation strategies and enhance crop yields. Moreover, our platform's interoperability with existing hardware solutions means farmers can easily adopt our technology without overhauling their entire system.
