RheEnergise is thrilled to announce a successful funding round, having raised $2,500,000 to expand and accelerate the deployment of our revolutionary energy storage solution, High-Density Hydro® (HD Hydro®). With this investment, we are poised to reshape pumped hydro storage by capitalizing on our proprietary HD Fluid R-19—a groundbreaking fluid with 2.5 times the density of water that delivers equivalent gains in power and energy output. Unlike traditional pumped hydro, which relies on large mountain landscapes, our innovative system can operate efficiently using smaller hills, thereby unlocking a wealth of previously untapped sites for renewable energy projects. This flexibility makes HD Hydro® an ideal option for meeting society’s evolving energy storage needs, particularly for projects ranging between 10MW and 100MW in power and 20MWh to 200MWh in energy capacity.
The funds will be channeled to further develop and scale our proprietary technology, enhance pilot projects, and establish a robust deployment strategy across diverse geographical regions.
