Psyomics, the innovative Healthtech company dedicated to transforming mental health support, has successfully raised £5,200,000 in a recent funding round. Led by CEO Dr. Melinda Rees and founded by esteemed Cambridge University professor Sabine Bahn, Psyomics was born out of a desire to accelerate the process of assessing, diagnosing, triaging, and treating mental health conditions. The primary aim of this funding is to enhance the capabilities of CENSEO — Psyomics’ cutting-edge digital platform that streamlines clinical triage and assessment through real-time capture of dynamic patient-reported information. Launched commercially in late 2022, CENSEO allows healthcare providers to effectively assess and triage over 15 mental health conditions, significantly reducing the time it takes to meet the needs of patients. With more than 6,500 patients using this groundbreaking tool already, the funding will enable Psyomics to expand its reach, refine the platform, and ultimately support even more individuals in accessing the mental health care they desperately need. As the mental health landscape continues to evolve, Psyomics is poised to lead the charge in delivering timely and effective solutions, ensuring that support is not just available, but readily accessible when it matters most. This investment marks an essential step toward realizing Psyomics' vision of a world where mental health support is expedited and personalized, ultimately creating a healthier society.
