Partners for Affordable Housing is proud to announce a successful funding round, raising $3,100,000 to further bolster its vital mission of supporting regional housing needs. As a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Partners for Affordable Housing has long been a pillar in the community, offering unparalleled support through emergency, temporary, and permanent housing solutions. This generous new injection of funding will empower the organization to expand its caring network across the region even further. With two crucial emergency shelters鈥擳heresa House and Welcome Inn鈥攁lready serving those in immediate need, the additional resources will enable the expansion of their housing and supportive services portfolio, including the maintenance and acquisition of apartments and houses in Mankato to house those who might otherwise be overlooked.
Beyond the provision of shelter, the organization is deeply committed to addressing the broader challenges faced by its clients. The dedicated team at Partners for Affordable Housing delivers intensive case management services, assisting individuals and families in overcoming barriers such as food insecurity, lack of transportation, legal hurdles, and employment challenges. This funding milestone will not only help secure and enhance housing options but also bolster these comprehensive support systems, ensuring that every client receives the holistic care they need to reclaim stability and thrive in the community. By investing in both housing and the essential services that accompany it, Partners for Affordable Housing reaffirms its unwavering commitment to compassionate, community-based care and the long-term well-being of the greater community it serves.
