The AI-native identity security startup Oak has raised $60.0M in seed funding, a hefty early-stage round backed by Accel, Greylock, and CRV.
Oak is building what it calls an Identity Operating System for the enterprise AI era, targeting the growing sprawl of human, machine, and AI agent identities that legacy tools weren't designed to handle. The platform uses an AI connector framework to build a live identity graph across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments, enabling real-time risk decisions and lifecycle governance. Founded by cybersecurity veterans Shai Morag and Tal Marom, the company is positioning itself as the control plane for modern enterprise access.
