MX3D is thrilled to announce a significant funding milestone, having raised $7,000,000 to further accelerate the development and adoption of our groundbreaking robotic 3D metal printing technology. As a company known for doing what it promises—and promising a lot—we remain dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design and manufacturing. Our journey began with ambitious projects like the MX3D Bridge—a fully functional, stainless steel, 12-meter long bridge for bicycle and pedestrian use in the heart of Amsterdam—which was completed on 20 October 2018, and has since served as a testament to our innovative spirit. With this new infusion of capital, we plan to expand our state-of-the-art Robotic Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing process, which utilizes MIG welding robots to create intricate metal structures that industry leaders, innovators, and professionals have yet to imagine. This funding will enable us not only to innovate our hardware and develop proprietary software critical to scaling the technology but also to deepen our research and art-related initiatives that continually test the limits of what’s possible in metal fabrication. At MX3D, we believe in creation by doing, failing, and trying again—a philosophy that leads us to build innovative objects we ourselves would love to own. With our technology already embraced by industrial corporates eager to integrate it into their workflows, this investment will drive further collaboration and research, empowering industries to unlock new design possibilities. Beyond our commitment to technological advancement, we also prioritize a balanced life, ensuring time for family, friends, and activities that inspire creativity.
