We are thrilled to announce that CodeGirls, a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering women and girls in the technology sector, has successfully raised $7,000,000 to further its mission of closing the gender gap in tech. This funding will significantly enhance our ability to provide essential resources and training to females from middle to low-income families, providing them with the skills needed to thrive in the technology industry. Through our partnership with ConsulNet Corporation, United Global Initiative, and WomenInTechPK, CodeGirls offers a comprehensive Coding and Business Skills boot camp specifically tailored for those with no prior tech education. Our program not only focuses on coding, but also equips participants with other vital business skills, creating a holistic educational experience. With the new influx of capital, our goal is ambitious yet achievable: to transform the lives of 120 women every four months, empowering them to break the barriers they face in the tech field. This initiative is more than just a boot camp; it is a stepping stone towards building an inclusive tech economy where everyone can contribute meaningfully, generate sustainable income, and uplift their families and communities. The $7 million raised will enable CodeGirls to expand its reach, enhance training modules, and provide ongoing support for participants as they embark on their professional journeys. We believe that by investing in the future of these talented young women, we are not just changing individual lives but also fostering a diverse workforce that can drive innovation and growth in the technology sector for generations to come.
