We're thrilled to announce that the Delaware HIV Consortium has successfully raised $1,765 in new funding鈥攁 significant boost that reinforces our commitment to eliminating the spread of HIV/AIDS throughout our state. As a statewide non-profit organization [501(c)(3)], our mission is to ensure a high-quality, seamless continuum of care for all people infected and affected by HIV in Delaware. This recent funding will play a pivotal role in supporting and expanding our collaborative efforts with community partners, including HIV/AIDS service providers, civic leaders, public health professionals, representatives from private businesses, and individuals living with HIV. By channeling these newly secured resources, we are better positioned to offer non-duplicative HIV treatment and prevention services that are both effective and accessible, ensuring that no one in Delaware is left behind in our fight against this epidemic.
The funding will specifically be allocated toward reinforcing our network's infrastructure and enhancing our outreach programs. With a focus on education, prevention, and comprehensive care, the funds will help us strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones, targeting communities most in need of robust support systems. Our goal is to ensure that every Delawarean, regardless of background or circumstance, can access the highest quality health services and support. Through these dedicated efforts, the Delaware HIV Consortium continues to lead the charge in HIV/AIDS care, driven by our unwavering commitment to safeguard the health and dignity of every individual in our state. We extend our deepest gratitude to all those who have contributed to this funding milestone and look forward to making meaningful strides in the journey toward a healthier Delaware.
