Founded by Laurent Deverlanges, an ONIRIS-trained engineer with a passion for fish farming, Caviar de Neuvic benefits from a team of active associates with backgrounds in luxury and premium food brands. The company currently employs approximately sixty individuals across its locations in Neuvic, Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Rennes, and Nice. Its products are available through its dedicated boutiques in Paris, Bordeaux, and Neuvic, as well as online.
