Dealerships looking to source used cars directly from consumers now have more capital backing their options. Bidbus, an AI-first marketplace that facilitates these transactions, announced it has raised $15.0M in Series A funding.
The platform operates a twice-weekly online auction, allowing dealerships to bid on consumer-owned vehicles. This model aims to benefit both sides: consumers receive higher offers due to competitive bidding, while dealerships gain access to a better selection of cars than traditional sourcing methods, all while scaling efficiently through Bidbus's AI-first approach.
