Atlantic Lithium Limited is thrilled to announce that it has successfully raised $10 million in a recent funding round aimed at accelerating the development of its flagship Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana. As an AIM, ASX, GSE, and OTCQX-listed company, Atlantic Lithium is making significant strides in the burgeoning lithium industry. With the completion of a Definitive Feasibility Study, the Ewoyaa Project is poised to produce 3.6 million tonnes of spodumene concentrate over a remarkable 12-year mine life, solidifying its position as one of the largest spodumene concentrate mines globally. Following the granting of a Mining Lease in October 2023, the company is now in a prime position to advance its operations under an earn-in agreement with Piedmont Lithium Inc. This funding will not only support the advancement of the Ewoyaa Project but will also enhance Atlantic Lithium's portfolio, which includes under-explored lithium projects across 509 square kilometers in Ghana and an additional 774 square kilometers in C么te d'Ivoire. The capital raised will be instrumental in enabling Atlantic Lithium to achieve its ambitious goal of becoming Ghana鈥檚 first lithium producer, as demand for sustainable lithium sources continues to surge globally. As the energy transition accelerates, Atlantic Lithium is excited to play a crucial role in meeting the world's increasing demand for lithium by tapping into the rich mineral resources of West Africa. With strategic partnerships and a commitment to sustainable mining practices, the future looks bright for Atlantic Lithium, its stakeholders, and the communities it serves.
