Serving over six million domestic and commercial customers, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality water that meets the needs of every family and community we serve. As the largest water and water recycling provider in England and Wales by geographic area, our mission is to ensure the seamless delivery of clean, safe water, even in a region that experiences some of the driest conditions in the country, with average annual rainfall at just 600 millimetres—about a third less than the rest of England.
