Medical practices struggling with constant phone calls now have more capital backing their digital assistant of choice. Aaron.ai, the Berlin-based company providing an AI-powered phone assistant for healthcare providers, has closed a $3.7M Seed funding round.
Founded in 2015, Aaron.ai's technology helps over 3,000 healthcare providers manage patient concerns and ensure round-the-clock phone availability, relieving their practice teams. The assistant was developed in collaboration with hundreds of medical assistants and doctors, adapting human-machine communication to the needs of patients and staff.
