Wayne Enterprises, a Certified Women Owned Business, has been a supplier of uniforms, AR/FR clothing, personal protective equipment (PPE), and promotional products to critical industries since 1981. The acquisition represents a strategic move to integrate Wayne Enterprises' specialized product lines and in-house customization capabilities into GME Supply's operations.
Based in Houston, Texas, Wayne Enterprises has grown from a three-person operation to over 170 employees. The company operates from a 110,000 square foot warehouse facility, which houses a substantial inventory and its state-of-the-art embroidery and customization departments. These facilities enable Wayne Enterprises to provide custom branding services, including detailed logos, patches, and reflective taping, alongside its offerings of top FR clothing brands and work boots. Wayne Enterprises also maintains retail store locations in Houston and Midland.
This acquisition is set to create significant operational and market synergies. GME Supply will gain immediate access to Wayne Enterprises' established customer base within vital industrial sectors and benefit from its extensive in-house production and customization infrastructure.
