This extensive project is designed to feature a total of 656 residential dwellings, including 107 retirement apartments and approximately 153 lots for permanent and holiday homes. It also encompasses a shopping centre and the internationally managed 100-apartment Wallaroo Shores Resort, complete with a multimillion-dollar Function Centre and cinema. Construction for the resort is slated to commence before the end of this year.
