Transports Perrier, a PME founded in 1955 and previously part of GROUPE SOBOTRAM since 2008, specializes in a diverse range of services including palette distribution across France, partial and full loads, large volume transport in France and Italy, international solutions, and dedicated vehicle services. Its network includes strategic agencies in Courlaoux, Noves, Seiches sur le Loir, Liévin, Lunéville, and Perrigny.
The acquisition is strategically aligned with GEODIS's objectives to strengthen its road freight network and enhance its service offerings, particularly within France and extending into Italy.
