Cocos has acquired The Warren Company for an undisclosed amount, marking a significant corporate acquisition. The Warren Company, a long-standing general line steel service center and custom fabricator, serves northwestern Pennsylvania, western New York, and northeastern Ohio. This transaction represents a strategic move to integrate The Warren Company's extensive capabilities into Cocos's operations.

The Warren Company offers a comprehensive range of materials, including hot rolled, cold rolled, stainless, and tool steel, as well as aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. These materials are available in various forms such as sheet, plate, strip, bar, rounds, and other structural shapes. Beyond material supply, the company provides custom fabrication and cutting services, encompassing processes like shear, saw, torch, plasma, laser, and waterjet cutting, alongside bending, stamping, welding, and assembly for items ranging from penny-size to 10 tons. It also operates two raw material sales branch offices in Oil City, PA, and Falconer, NY. Its Truflo Fan division manufactures industrial man-cooling fans and heavy-duty workbenches.

This acquisition is expected to create synergies by expanding Cocos's industrial manufacturing and distribution footprint. The Warren Company's specialized fabrication expertise, diverse material offerings, and established regional presence are anticipated to enhance Cocos's ability to serve a broader customer base with integrated solutions. The addition of the Truflo Fan division further diversifies the combined entity's product portfolio, adding specialized industrial equipment.

The integration of The Warren Company's operations is poised to strengthen the combined entity's market position. Customers can expect continued high-quality service and an expanded range of capabilities, leveraging the combined strengths in material supply, custom fabrication, and specialized industrial products.
