McNally Capital has acquired TENICA Global Solutions for an undisclosed amount. The transaction brings the Alexandria, Virginia-based government services provider under McNally Capital’s ownership, with terms of the deal not disclosed.

TENICA and Associates LLC, founded in 2008, delivers consulting and program management services to national defense and intelligence clients. Its work spans information technology, cybersecurity, professional services, logistics, supply chain management, and crisis prevention and response for government and commercial customers. The company holds several federal designations, including participation in the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development Program, and is certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and a Woman-Owned Small Business.

McNally Capital, the acquiring firm, has not detailed its operational plans for TENICA, but the purchase aligns with a broader pattern of investment in federal contracting capabilities. By adding TENICA’s specialized expertise in defense and intelligence support, McNally Capital gains access to a niche market segment with recurring government demand. TENICA’s existing certifications and contract vehicles may also provide a streamlined entry point for expanded work in secure and regulated sectors.

The acquisition is expected to preserve TENICA’s core operations while leveraging McNally Capital’s resources to pursue larger contracts and operational efficiencies. For TENICA’s employees and clients, continuity is likely, as the company’s leadership and mission focus remain intact under new ownership. The deal also underscores ongoing consolidation in the government services industry, where established players seek to broaden their portfolios through targeted purchases.

With the transaction complete, the combined entity will focus on integrating TENICA’s delivery capabilities with McNally Capital’s investment framework. Future growth will likely hinge on capturing additional defense and intelligence work, as well as expanding into adjacent areas where TENICA’s certifications offer a competitive advantage.
