Circet Switzerland has acquired Technik Partner AG for an undisclosed amount. The transaction brings the Swiss IT, audio/video, electrical, and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) specialist under Circet’s ownership, expanding the buyer’s footprint in the country’s infrastructure and connectivity sector.
Technik Partner AG operates as a full-service partner across four technical disciplines, offering installation and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. Circet Switzerland, a provider of network deployment and maintenance solutions, will integrate Technik Partner’s workforce and project pipeline into its existing operations. The acquisition adds a complementary skill set in low-voltage and audiovisual systems, areas where Circet has had limited direct exposure.
The strategic rationale centers on broadening Circet’s service portfolio while deepening its access to the FTTH rollout market. Technik Partner’s established client relationships in the electrical and multimedia segments provide a channel for cross-selling Circet’s larger-scale infrastructure capabilities. Conversely, Technik Partner’s technicians gain access to Circet’s national project network, which could lead to more consistent utilization of their specialized labor.
Financial terms were not disclosed, and no changes to Technik Partner’s management or staff have been announced. The deal is expected to close following standard regulatory and contractual conditions, with operations continuing under the existing brand for the near term.
The combined entity will offer a wider range of technical services, from high-voltage network construction to in-building IT and entertainment systems. This positions Circet Switzerland to respond to integrated bids that require both civil infrastructure and end-user installation expertise, a growing demand as Swiss municipalities accelerate fiber deployments.
