Headquartered in Innsbruck, Austria, synedra IT GmbH was founded in 2005 with the vision of creating a universal archive for all medical data, designed to meet the comprehensive requirements of healthcare facilities across all specialties. The company specializes in the archiving and visualization of critical patient information, enabling an integrated view of areas such as PACS, image and diagnostic report distribution, video and photo documentation, and legally compliant document archiving.
This strategic corporate acquisition sees synedra IT GmbH becoming part of T-Systems International and its subsidiary, Deutsche Telekom Healthcare Solutions (DTHS). Synedra’s core competence lies in its Health Content Management platform, synedra AIM, which helps a diverse customer base, from university hospitals and hospital groups to small medical practices, efficiently organize and manage their patient care workflows. Their solution is built on a universal archive concept, complemented by dedicated consultancy, implementation, and support services.
