Eldridge Company has acquired Sudolabs, a digital product-building studio, for an undisclosed amount. The transaction brings the product development firm under the ownership of Eldridge, which will now oversee its operations and strategic direction. Sudolabs will continue to operate under its existing brand, with its team and client commitments intact.

Sudolabs specializes in custom software solutions, focusing on product design, software development, and AI and data engineering. Since 2018, the studio has built more than 50 products for US startups and enterprises, with those products carrying a combined valuation of $1.5 billion. Its clients have raised $150 million across all funding rounds. The company works with startups on idea validation and MVP development, with scale-ups on engineering and product teams, and with enterprises on growth and innovation opportunities.

For Eldridge, the acquisition adds a dedicated product-building capability to its portfolio. The deal is intended to strengthen Eldridge’s ability to support technology-driven businesses across its existing investments, providing access to a team that can move from concept to deployment. Sudolabs’ experience in AI and data engineering was a particular point of interest, as those areas continue to see rising demand from both early-stage and established companies.

The acquisition is expected to create operational benefits for both sides. Sudolabs gains the financial backing and broader network of a larger parent company, which could help it take on more complex projects and expand its client base. Eldridge, in turn, gains an in-house development resource that can be deployed across its portfolio without relying on external vendors. The studio’s existing leadership and staff are expected to remain in place, preserving the collaborative culture that has defined its work to date.

With the deal closed, the combined entity will focus on integrating Sudolabs into Eldridge’s broader operations while maintaining the studio’s independent client work. The immediate priority is continuity for existing projects and clients, with longer-term plans centered on scaling the studio’s engineering and AI offerings to meet growing market demand.
