Rothschild Wealth Partners has acquired Siligmueller & Norvid Wealth Advisors (SNWA) for an undisclosed amount. This corporate acquisition integrates SNWA, a firm specializing in personalized financial planning and investment management for high net worth individuals and families, into Rothschild’s operations. SNWA, established in 1998, managed $299 million in assets as of December 31, 2024, providing comprehensive financial plans and customized investment strategies with a focus on risk management and clear guidance at competitive fees.
This strategic purchase enhances Rothschild Wealth Partners’ offerings by incorporating SNWA’s client-centric model and deep expertise. SNWA operates as an independent U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with a fiduciary duty, providing objective advice on a fee-only basis without commissions. Their commitment to high service delivery for clients with a minimum investment threshold of $1,000,000, along with their fee structure starting at 0.75% inclusive of financial planning, aligns with a focus on value and client trust.
The acquisition is expected to create significant synergies, allowing Rothschild Wealth Partners to expand its specialized wealth management capabilities. By integrating SNWA's established approach to personalized client relationships and robust risk management philosophy, Rothschild can enhance its service portfolio for high net worth clients. This move provides Rothschild with an expanded client base and a proven model for delivering highly customized financial solutions.
The combined entity is positioned to offer an even broader range of resources and expertise while maintaining a commitment to personalized service and objective financial guidance. This integration aims to strengthen client relationships and continue delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions designed to meet individual financial goals and uphold fiduciary responsibilities in a dynamic market.
