Innagreen Investments has acquired RES, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, for an undisclosed amount. This corporate acquisition marks a significant strategic move for Innagreen Investments into the global clean energy sector. RES, an industry innovator for over 40 years, operates across 24 countries, specializing in wind, solar, energy storage, green hydrogen, transmission, and distribution.
RES brings a substantial track record and operational scale to Innagreen Investments. The company has delivered more than 29 GW of renewable energy projects worldwide and plans to bring over 26 GW of new capacity online in the next five years. Beyond project development, RES is a leading service provider, managing 45 GW of renewable assets across 1,300 sites through its asset management, operations and maintenance (O&M), and spare parts services. Its portfolio also includes technology-based products and digital solutions designed to maximize renewable energy investment and deployment, supported by its 4,500 employees.
