GoldArc Resources Ltd

GoldArc Resources Ltd has acquired Regener8 Resources for an undisclosed amount, consolidating its position in Western Australia’s Kookynie gold district. The transaction transfers ownership of Regener8’s Kookynie Project, a tenement package located roughly 150 kilometres north of Kalgoorlie and 55 kilometres south of Leonora, to GoldArc’s portfolio.

Regener8 Resources holds ground in a historically productive region that has yielded more than 500,000 ounces of gold. The area has seen renewed exploration activity in recent years, with neighbouring operators including Genesis Minerals, Iris Metals, Carnavale Resources and Metallicity reporting encouraging resource growth. Regener8 had focused on evaluating its underexplored tenements in the district’s core, with an emphasis on low-impact, climate-sensitive exploration practices and engagement with traditional owners and local stakeholders.

For GoldArc, the acquisition adds a prospective early-stage land package in a proven gold belt without the need for a lengthy greenfield entry process. The deal provides immediate access to ground surrounded by active explorers, offering potential for resource definition and future development. GoldArc gains a foothold in a district where nearby drilling results have supported renewed interest in the region’s geological potential.

The transaction is expected to streamline ownership of the Kookynie Project under a single operator, reducing administrative overlap and allowing for coordinated exploration planning. Regener8’s existing relationships with shareholders, stakeholders and traditional owners will transfer to GoldArc, preserving continuity in community and environmental commitments.

The combined entity will now hold a consolidated land position in the Kookynie district, with GoldArc set to prioritise early-stage assessment of the acquired tenements. The company’s near-term focus will be on geological evaluation and target generation, with any subsequent drilling decisions dependent on results and prevailing market conditions.
