It is ISO 13485 and FDA registered, specializing in product design, development, and manufacturing for medical devices, components, and disposables. The company operates ISO Class VI Clean Room and ISO Class VIII Manufacturing facilities, emphasizing early design involvement to optimize manufacturability and cost. Plas-Tech is particularly known for its extensive experience in developing and manufacturing custom syringes for prefilled pharmaceutical applications using COC and COP polymers, as well as highly technical insert molding for medical applications.
