Pipedrive has acquired Outfunnel for an undisclosed amount. The deal brings the sales-focused customer relationship management platform together with a data integration specialist, marking the end of Outfunnel’s operation as an independent company.
Outfunnel provides tools that unify sales and marketing data across a wide range of applications. Its platform syncs contacts between business and marketing tools, creates custom cross-platform reporting through integrations with Google Sheets, Monday, and Airtable, and scores leads based on engagement data. The company supports a broad ecosystem, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and various WordPress forms. Pipedrive, by contrast, is a CRM platform designed for sales teams, offering pipeline management and automation for small and medium-sized businesses.
The acquisition is strategic for Pipedrive as it seeks to deepen its data capabilities without building them from scratch. By absorbing Outfunnel’s technology, Pipedrive can offer its users more seamless connections between their CRM and the marketing tools they already use. For Outfunnel, the deal provides access to Pipedrive’s larger customer base, potentially accelerating adoption of its integration features. The move also reduces fragmentation for users who previously had to manage separate data flows between sales and marketing systems.
The combined entity will focus on delivering more integrated workflows for existing Pipedrive customers, with Outfunnel’s tools expected to be folded into the broader product suite. The financial terms remain private, and no changes to Outfunnel’s current integrations have been announced. The acquisition is expected to close in the near term, after which the teams will begin aligning their roadmaps.
