BCM Group has acquired Neural Digital, a digital consultancy specialising in technology evaluation and adoption, for an undisclosed amount. The deal brings Neural Digital’s expertise in analytics, attribution, reporting, digital creative, media strategy, planning and buying, conversion rate optimisation, SEO, and geolocation services under BCM Group’s ownership.
Neural Digital has built a practice around helping businesses assess and integrate emerging technologies to improve operational outcomes. Its service lines span both technical implementation and strategic advisory, with a focus on measurable performance improvements. BCM Group, by contrast, operates across a broader set of business services, and this acquisition adds a dedicated digital transformation unit to its portfolio.
The rationale for the purchase centres on capability expansion. BCM Group gains an in-house team that can evaluate new tools and platforms, a function that previously would have required external partnerships or project-based hires. For Neural Digital, joining BCM Group provides access to a larger client base and more substantial infrastructure, which could accelerate the rollout of its service offerings. The combined entity is expected to cross-sell digital consulting to existing BCM Group clients while offering Neural Digital’s current customers a wider range of adjacent services.
No financial terms were disclosed, and no changes to Neural Digital’s day-to-day operations have been announced. The team is expected to remain intact, with integration focused on aligning service delivery and client management processes. BCM Group has not indicated whether the Neural Digital brand will be retained or folded into its own structure.
The acquisition positions BCM Group to respond more directly to client demand for technology-driven efficiency, particularly in areas like data-driven marketing and site optimisation. For Neural Digital, the move offers a more stable growth path under a larger parent organisation. The success of the deal will likely hinge on how smoothly the two firms merge their consulting methodologies and client relationships in the coming quarters.
