This acquisition sees Aquatech integrate METICHEM, a specialist in cutting-edge water treatment chemicals, operations and maintenance (O&M) services, and engineered equipment packages. METICHEM, which draws on 66 years of Metito history, was established as a standalone integrated water company focused on delivering innovative solutions across the water value chain.
METICHEM's expertise spans Boiler, Cooling Tower, Reverse Osmosis, Wastewater, and Process treatment, serving diverse industries including district cooling, power generation, metals, fertilizers, food processing, oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, and mining. The company utilizes eco-friendly chemicals, digital tools, automation, and on-site services to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
