Its expertise encompasses the design, manufacture, and installation of complete processing lines, factory upgrades, and capacity expansions, alongside stand-alone equipment. Kiremko's offerings span from raw product receiving systems to packaging lines for various end products, including French fries, potato flakes, and potato chips.
The company provides reliable, turnkey solutions and comprehensive services such as project management, engineering, and process support. Kiremko operates globally through an exclusive network of local support offices in the UK, India, and China, alongside dedicated agents. Investindustrial, a leading European investment firm with extensive industrial expertise, is establishing a new global group focused on customized food processing equipment through this acquisition. This strategic move also includes the acquisition of Kiremko's long-standing partners, Idaho Steel and Reyco Systems, to form a more integrated entity.
