CSL Group has acquired IoTM Solutions Ltd. for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition brings IoTM’s zero-touch platform, which orchestrates Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Retail Service Providers (RSPs) through a single pane of glass, under CSL Group’s umbrella. This platform is designed to harmonize connectivity and eSIM management, aiming for a seamless user experience and simplified, large-scale SIM deployment management for enterprises.
IoTM Solutions Ltd. has established itself with out-of-the-box support for over 100 MNOs and more than 15 Connectivity Management Platform (CMP) integrations, including prominent names like Cisco Jasper, Aeris IoT, and Vodafone GDSP. Its technology enables tens of thousands of enterprises to manage both legacy and future SIM deployments within minutes of self-onboarding. Currently, IoTM manages over 40 million connections assigned to more than 1,000 Connectivity Data Platforms (CDP) worldwide, collecting approximately one trillion connectivity-driven data points annually through its reliable, scalable, and low-cost cloud-native platform.
This strategic acquisition by CSL Group is expected to create significant synergies, enhancing CSL’s capabilities in the rapidly evolving IoT connectivity sector.
