The acquired InVert Graphite entity brings with it a portfolio centered on the Morogoro graphite project in Tanzania and the White Hill Licences in South Australia. The Morogoro Project, situated approximately 200 km west of the Tanzanian commercial centre of Dar es Salaam, is highly prospective for high-grade graphite mineralisation, representing a valuable asset in the global graphite market. Additionally, the White Hill Licences cover an extensive area of 1,853 km² in South Australia, south east of Adelaide, with geology broadly similar to Australian Rare Earth’s Koppamurra deposits, encompassing dunal and intertidal sediments overlying the Gambier Limestone.
