Its work spans three main areas: high voltage and electrical testing, electrical construction and maintenance, and backup generation and motor services. The company’s focus on reliability and uptime for essential systems has made it a steady operator in a field where downtime carries significant cost.
For NextGen Growth Partners, the acquisition adds a service-oriented business with recurring demand rather than project-based volatility. Electrical testing and maintenance contracts provide a stable revenue base, while backup generation services align with growing concerns over grid resilience and extreme weather events. The purchase also gives the acquirer a foothold in a sector that requires specialized technical skills and safety certifications, which are difficult to replicate quickly.
