This transaction represents a complete purchase of Frontier Advisors, integrating its operations and expertise directly into State Super.
Frontier Advisors has established a strong presence over three decades, providing institutional investors with independent and unbiased advice, research, and service. The firm distinguishes itself through its unconflicted advice model, free from product conflicts, investment manager tie-ups, or competing affiliates. With approximately 60 qualified investment professionals and a total staff exceeding 80, Frontier delivers services spanning investment and manager research, business consulting, quantitative solutions, and governance. Managing AUD800 billion in funds under advice, its diverse client base includes superannuation funds, public sector entities, charities, insurers, and universities.
The acquisition offers significant strategic advantages for State Super.
